Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD), the Consortium for Small-scale Modeling (COSMO) and the Climate Limited-area Modelling (CLM) Community kindly invite you to the ICON-CLM Training Course. The aim of the course is to familiarize new users with the nonhydrostatic modelling framework ICON in climate limited-area mode (CLM)

The Numerical Model Training Course takes place at the DWD Headquarters in Offenbach, Germany from 23 to 25 June, 2026.

For the Numerical Model Training 2026, we offer the course:

  • CLM - Climate limited-area mode for researchers using ICON in limited-area mode for climate simulations.

This course will start on Tuesday 23 June, 2026, 13 CEST.

The training course is directed towards experienced scientists.
