On October 25, we hosted the kick-off workshop for the prospective natESM land-ice component. Over 20 community participants engaged in a fruitful discussion regarding the integration of an ice-sheet model into the natESM system. Subsequently, a dedicated working group focusing on the land-ice component was formed. Our next gathering is planned for the community workshop in Leipzig next year.
