natESM as success story in position paper about RSE services in Germany

Dr. Iris Ehlert is co-author of a position paper about the RSE services in Germany. The heart of this paper is a vision of a central RSE unit, its structure, and the definition of nine core support modules such a unity may provide. While this paper focuses mostly on the German academic environment, some general strategies should also apply elsewhere. natESM is one of the success stories that already covers most of the nine core support modules.
